Thoughts … On why you should care about getting publicity: It separates you from your competition. It raises your perceived level of competence, cache and desirability. People are willing to pay you more money – the perception is that you’re worth it, and you go from being a commodity to being an expert. It separates you from your competition. Calls or orders will start coming in from everywhere, not just your market. It creates more word of mouth, more buzz. It helps you get past gatekeepers – all of a sudden, you’re famous! It multiplies – before you know it, you’re being requested to speak, comment and serve as a credible authority. It increases the impact of your advertising, which may soon read: “As seen on Good Morning, America.”

An inspirational speaker was coming to Charlotte, NC, and Red Rover needed to inspire audiences to participate in a week-long series of events. We worked closely with The Echo Foundation to publicize and coordinate a high-profile program featuring Elie Wiesel, Nobel Laureate Peace Prize winner and Holocaust survivor. Reaching out to key segments such as area high schools and faith-based organizations as well as the community as a whole, we attracted significant media attention and watched proudly as events we created in collaboration with the foundation achieved maximum capacity, exposing as many people as possible to Elie Wiesel’s powerful message against indifference.

This event was covered heavily by the media both prior to and after the event. Among key clips are:
